3. PRODUCTS

However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your device, display settings, lighting and photography.
As many garments involve manual production processes, minor variations in measurements, finishing, texture or appearance may occur and do not necessarily constitute a defect.
Product availability is not guaranteed and may change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.
4. SIZING & FIT
Sizing information and garment measurements provided on our website are intended as a guide.
Fit may vary depending on the design, fabric, construction and individual body proportions.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the available sizing information before placing an order.
5. PRICING
All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on our website or at checkout.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted, except where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.
Where applicable, additional charges or taxes may be displayed during checkout.
6. ORDERS
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation using the contact information provided during checkout.
Receipt of an order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of your order.
Vanta Nueva reserves the right to refuse, cancel or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, incorrect pricing, inventory errors, payment issues, technical errors or suspected commercial resale.
If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted when placing an order is complete and accurate.

We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered processing.

Certain Vanta Nueva pieces may occasionally be offered on a pre-order basis.
Where a product is identified as a pre-order, any estimated availability or dispatch date displayed on the product page is an estimate only.
Production timelines may change due to manufacturing, material availability or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where a significant delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to inform affected customers.
10. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES
From time to time, Vanta Nueva may offer promotional codes, discounts or other special offers.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively to orders that have already been placed.
Promotions may be subject to specific eligibility requirements, dates or product exclusions.
We reserve the right to modify or withdraw a promotion before an eligible order has been placed.

The remaining provisions will continue to remain valid and enforceable.
20. NO WAIVER
If Vanta Nueva does not immediately exercise or enforce a right under these Terms & Conditions, this does not constitute a waiver of that right.

These Terms & Conditions and your use of the Vanta Nueva website are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions will be handled in accordance with applicable Vietnamese law, without limiting any mandatory rights available to consumers.
