returns and exchanges

Exchange policy (within Vietnam only)

We gladly accept exchanges within 3 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for an exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed and in original condition
  • Free of body odour, perfume, deodorant, smoke or any other scent
  • Free of stains, makeup marks, deodorant marks, pet hair or lint
  • Not altered, damaged or stretched
  • Returned in original packaging

Process

To start an exchange, email us at contact@vantanueva.com within 3 days of delivery. Use the subject line "EXCHANGE – [Order Number]". Your exchange request becomes active once we receive your email.

Costs

The buyer pays for shipping and handling.

Return policy

Returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order for store credit worth 90% of the item's purchase price.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed and in original condition
  • Free of body odour, perfume, deodorant, smoke or any other scent
  • Free of stains, makeup marks, deodorant marks, pet hair or lint
  • Not altered, damaged or stretched
  • Returned in original packaging

Process

To start a return, email contact@vantanueva.com within 3 days of delivery. Use the subject line "RETURN – [Order Number]".

Costs

The buyer pays for return shipping. International orders also pay a USD$10 processing fee.

Inspection

All returned and exchanged items are inspected when we receive them. Items that don't meet the conditions above will not be accepted and will be sent back to the buyer at the buyer's expense.

Faulty or incorrect item

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong order, or believe your piece is not as advertised, contact us at contact@vantanueva.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photos or videos so we can help you quickly.

Vanta Nueva reserves the right to assess and confirm any manufacturing fault. If an item is found to be faulty, you won't pay any extra costs. You can choose a replacement item, a refund or store credit.
